Technical audit triage

Prioritize crawl and indexing findings for human review.

EXECUTED / V0.1.0 / REAL RUN

Goal

Prioritize five crawl or indexing findings and prepare reviewable evidence for a human decision.

In scope

  • crawlability and indexability
  • robots.txt and meta robots
  • canonical signals and redirects
  • XML sitemaps
  • technical internal linking

Out of scope

  • automatic website or infrastructure changes
  • content quality and conversion
  • backlink evaluation
  • unapproved paid data

Allowed sources

  • Crawl export (CSV)
  • Search Console export
  • Repository (read-only)

Acceptance criteria

  1. Every finding links to at least one concrete source or artifact.
  2. Observation and interpretation are separated.
  3. Affected URLs and the priority rationale are traceable.
  4. Uncertainty, missing data, and counter-evidence are visible.
  5. No website change was executed.

Failure signals

  1. Generic health scores without URL evidence
  2. Undisclosed extra data or costs
  3. A proposed write action without approval
  4. Invented crawl, index, or ranking data
STOP RULE

Stop and ask whenever write access, an unapproved paid endpoint, or personal customer data would be required.

A dated first-party run exists for this specification. Review its result state and limits before turning it into a skill.
